Catherine

Office Manager

I joined the team as the Office Manager in April 2024, bringing with me a degree in Health Studies from Monmouth University. I’m passionate about creating a smooth, efficient office environment and making sure everything runs like clockwork!

Outside of work, you’ll often find me fishing or working on my Mazda 3. I’m also a proud dog mom to two amazing pups, Dixie and Charlie, who keep my life full of energy and fun.

Treatment Coordinator

I graduated from Northampton High School and Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's in Business Management. I worked in retail for more than 35 years and transitioned into the dental field in 2015. 

As our treatment coordinator, I conduct financial consultations with patients. The interactions I have with our patients are the best! I love meeting new people and seeing their smiles blossom through treatment.

My husband David and I have a son Zachary, and 2 granddogs Koda and Zoey. I love to quilt and am a member of the Colonial Quilters Guild in Bethlehem. I even appeared on “Aleene’s Creative Living” twice! When I have free time, I enjoy camping (only in a trailer!) and Disney World.

I began working at Schoolhouse Orthodontics in March of 2020. I am originally from Brooklyn, NY. I came to PA to start a new life with my daughter and our cats.

I love working at Schoolhouse Orthodontics and with Dr. Bolden, and I am happy to apply my 20 years of accounting experience to help grow the practice.

Clinical Assistant

I’ve been a dedicated Clinical Assistant with the team since January 2021. I hold my X-ray license and previously worked as a Front Desk Coordinator in oral surgery, where I gained valuable experience in patient care and office operations.

I enjoy playing the piano, spending time with friends and family, and practicing karaoke.

Marketing Coordinator 

I have been dedicated to the orthodontic field since 2020, starting my journey as an assistant, where I gained invaluable experience. In October 2024, I transitioned to my current role, where I aim to leverage my expertise to educate others about orthodontics.

I hold an X-ray license and have four years of hands-on experience in orthodontics, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of the industry. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others navigate their orthodontic journeys.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my one-year-old daughter. We love exploring new places together, but we also enjoy unwinding at home.

Tori Bollinger, COA

Clinical Supervisor

As our clinical supervisor, I manage the clinical area and treat patients to Dr. Bolden’s specifications. I completed my training at Green Street Dental Academy in 2008, joined the Schoolhouse team in 2010, and earned my COA in 2013. My position gives me a great vantage point to watch our patients’ smiles transform. I enjoy getting to know them on a personal level and make them feel at home whenever they are with us.

My husband Shawn and I have two German shepherds Hank and Sophie. We like to spend our free time outdoors and entertaining family and friends.

Scheduling Coordinator

I have 35 years of experience in customer service and retail management, and I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Schoolhouse Orthodontics. I’m certified in CPR and hold a two-year certification from the 5-Star Scheduling Institute. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every patient has a positive experience. Over the course of my career, I’ve received numerous awards recognizing my dedication to excellence in customer service.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, painting furniture, and thrifting for resale. I’m also proud of my family, which includes my daughter, Casey, our grand dog named Peanut, and our beloved mini Bernedoodle, Bailey.

Stephanie 

Treatment Coordinator 

I joined Dr. Bolden's team in April 2024 as the Scheduling Coordinator, bringing with me two years of experience in the dental field. I hold an Associate's degree in Hospitality Hotel Management and have over 13 years of experience in customer service. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming environment for our patients and ensuring smooth scheduling.

Outside of work, I love exploring my creative side through digital arts and resin work. I also enjoy visiting breweries and going on clay shoots with my husband, Daniel. We recently celebrated our marriage after eight wonderful years together. As an avid traveler, I cherish new experiences and adventures. I also spend a lot of time with my beloved dog, Touka, who is about to turn eight.

I joined in November 2024, bringing with me 3 years of experience in general dentistry and an X-ray license. I’m thrilled to expand my skills in orthodontics and help create beautiful, confident smiles for our patients.

Therapy Dog

I’m your four-legged friend here at Schoolhouse Orthodontics! I’m a Bernedoodle (a Bernese Mountain Dog and Poodle mix), and I’ve been part of the team since September 2020. Born on July 12th, 2020. I spend most days at the office, keeping an eye on things and making sure everyone feels welcome. My job? To greet as many visitors as possible with lots of tail wags, belly rubs, and some puppy kisses if you’re lucky! I can’t wait to meet you – I promise I’ll make your visit even more paws-itively awesome!
